What do you need?

500 g minced chicken

2 tbsp cajun seasoning

2 tbsp. sunflower oil

1 pack of soft mini tortillas (8 pieces)

½ red onion, finely chopped

½ red chili pepper, thinly sliced

1 mango, in small cubes

½ bunch of cilantro, coarsely picked

1 lime, in wedges

Tostadas with chicken Owl

Preparation method

1 Light the Bastard and bring to a temperature of 200 degrees direct.

2 Mix (in a bowl) the minced meat with the cajun seasoning and a pinch of salt.

3 Heat the Phanthom Plancha Ring, put the oil in a skillet and fry the seasoned minced meat for 5 minutes until loose.

4 Divide the minced meat among the small tortillas and grill them briefly on the grill.

5 In a bowl, mix the diced red onion with the chili pepper slices, diced mango and cilantro and garnish the tostadas with it. Top with the lime.
