What do you need?

For 4 thin pizza bases about 30 cm in diameter:

  • 470g Tipo 00 flour (La Tua Fa-ri-na Flour for pizza dough type 00)
  • ± 3.2 dl lukewarm water
  • 1.5 teaspoon of salt
  • 1.5 teaspoon sugar
  • 10g dried yeast

 

Topping à la Bastard:

  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes in thin rings
  • 100g salami
  • black olives
  • red bell pepper
  • green pepper rings
  • a teaspoon of oregano per pizza
  • 150g grated Parmesan cheese
  • bunch of basil
  • arugula to taste

Preparation method

  1. Make the pizza crust by mixing all the ingredients for it (see description flour).
  2. Top the pizza crust first with cheese and then salami, tomato, onion rings and olives.
  3. Finally, add bell bell pepper, bell pepper rings and the herbs on top and the pizza is ready to The Bastard in.
  4. Sprinkle the pizza stone with some flour and place the pizza, on the stone, in the Bastard.
  5. Bake the pizza for 4-8 minutes until done and crispy.
  6. Remove the pizza from the stone with the pizza scoop and serve with Parmesan cheese, arugula and basil leaves.
