What do you need?

Ingredients
For the grilled sausage:
6 different raw sausages ( Experiment :) )

For the pork belly:
500 grams of pork belly
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika Salt and pepper to taste

For the grilled chicken:
2 chickens
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper to taste

Cabbage a:
1 small white cabbage, finely chopped 1 large carrot, grated
1 small red onion, finely chopped 150 ml mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

For the macaroni and cheese: 250 grams of macaroni
50 grams of butter
50 grams of flour

500 ml milk
200 g grated cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste

For the pickles:
1 cucumber, thinly sliced 1 red onion, thinly sliced
100 ml white vinegar
100 ml water
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation method

Belly bacon:
Mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Marinate the pork belly for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) in the refrigerator.
Grill the pork belly at 180 degrees direct , turn frequently and brush with the marinade, about 20-25 minutes or until done and crispy. ( Half direct / Half indirect )

Chicken:
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl. Marinate the chickens for at least 1 hour.
Grill the chickens directly at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes per side or until done.

Sausage:
Grill the sausages at 180/200 degrees, turning frequently until cooked and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.

Coleslaw:
Mix the cabbage, carrot and onion in a large bowl.
Mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Mix the dressing into the cabbage mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Macaroni and cheese:

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package, drain and set aside. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly, until the sauce becomes thick. Add the cheese and stir until melted.

Mix the macaroni into the cheese sauce, season with salt and pepper. Pickles:

Mix vinegar, water, sugar and salt in a bowl until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Add the cucumber and red onion and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
