The Tasty Trio
Type of dish: Beef
Number of persons: 6

Oh dear, stress of choice. Will it be lamb, Wagyu or Iberico? There is so much on your plate. Don't make a fuss, just take them all, we'll think of something. Sometimes it is better not to have to choose. Just make it a tasting session of different burgers. And remember the golden rule: the better your meat, the less seasoning you need. Let the meat shine, so only use salt and pepper.

Cooking time: 60 |

Temperature: 220°,direct

What do you need?

- 2 lamb burgers - 2 Wagyu burgers - 2 Iberico burgers, e.g. from The Frozen Butcher - 6 hamburger buns (simple, in the end it's all about the burgers) - 2 tbs mayonnaise - 1 roasted pepper - 1 courgette - 1 drop of Tabasco - Fried onions - 2 gherkin slices sweet/sour - 2 tbs sour cream - A few lettuce leaves - 1 large tomato - Wasabi

Preparation method

Give your BBQ a go and roast the 6 cut sandwiches. This way, they will get a crispy taste and a toasted sandwich will last much longer. So you can take your time dressing your burgers. Silence of the lamb burger Slice the courgette, put some salt on it and pat it dry. On the grill, they will be nicely coloured on both sides in a few minutes. Make the paprika mayonnaise by mashing a roasted paprika and mixing it with a spoonful of mayonnaise and sour cream. Spice it up with a drop of Tabasco. Grill the 2 lamb burgers on both sides for a few minutes. Place on bread roll. Top with the grilled courgette and finally the smoked paprika mayonnaise. One down, two to go. The wonderful Wagyu burger Grill 2 Wagyu burgers for a few minutes on each side until nicely browned. Place each Wagyu burger on a roll, put a slice of gherkin on top and some mayonnaise. Sprinkle fried onions on top. Neeeext! Bocadillo de Iberico It takes three to tango, so cut the tomato in nice big slices. Add a pinch of wasabi to the mayonnaise and stir. Do not hold back. Grill the 2 Iberico burgers for a few minutes on both sides. Place each Iberico burger on a bun, add a leaf of lettuce and a slice of tomato and finish off with the wasabi mayonnaise. And olé. Cut each burger into three pieces, think of a Mercedes star. Now put the three burgers together in trios so that you have a tasty trio of burgers on each plate. One, two, treat!
