What do you need?
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- approx. 1.4 kg ribeye, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp rub, taste of your choice
- 8 rolls of your choice
- 8 slices cheddar
Further requirements - cast iron frying pan

Place the cast-iron frying pan on The Bastard and heat it for 15 minutes. Once the pan is heated, pour in the rapeseed oil and add
onion and green pepper.
Place the ribeye in the pan and season with the rub. Leave the meat on the The Bastard lie. Meanwhile, cut the buns in half
and grill them for 3 to 4 minutes on The Bastard.
Put the ribeye on the roll and finally put a slice of cheese on it.
