What do you need?

  • 400 grams of minced beef (not lean!)
  • 20 slices of breakfast bacon
  • 20 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 30 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 60 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt and black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano and dried parsley
  • cocktail sticks
  • your favorite BBQ rub (or make your own)
  • honey and your favorite BBQ sauce (or make your own)

Preparation method

Prepare the minced meat with all the spices, garlic, cheese, egg, milk and breadcrumbs.

Roll balls about the size of a golf ball and roll them through the rub.
