Fusion Burger
Type of dish: Beef
Number of persons: 4

The hamburger is one of the most popular dishes on the BBQ. But as it often can be, what's inside makes it really special.

What sets the Fusion Burger apart from the traditional burger is the surprising element of stuffed mozzarella. This is no ordinary cheese; it is an explosion of creaminess and melting bliss that enriches every bite and forms a delicious surprise in the middle of the patty. When you sink your teeth into this burger, the warm, melted mozzarella pours out of the core and mingles with the other flavors, making every bite a flavorful and satisfying experience.

The story of the Fusion Burger begins on the bustling streets of New York City, where creative culinary minds converge and push boundaries in the world of gastronomy. Here, amid the melting pot of cultures and flavors, the idea was born to transform the classic American burger into a masterpiece of fusion cuisine. Inspired by the city's diverse food cultures, from Asian to Latin American influences, chefs began experimenting with bold flavor combinations and innovative ingredients, and thus the Fusion Burger was born.
