What do you need?

1 camembert
1 sprig of rosemary, needles rustled
2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
8 tbsp. honey
1 sprig of thyme, leaves rustled bread/crackers

Camembert with honey

Preparation method

Place the camembert in a suitable, heat-resistant baking dish.

Carve a diamond pattern in the top and insert a pink-marine needle and a slice of garlic in the center of each cross.

Spread half of the honey over the top and sprinkle the thyme leaves on top.

Place the dish with the camembert on the grill over the plate setter, put the lid of The Bastard closed and heat the camembert for 20 minutes.

Then drizzle the rest of the honey on top and serve with bread and crackers.
