180–360° controlDynamic Twist Deflector
Twist between direct searing, indirect roasting, and a split half-and-half zone without lifting a thing. One deflector, every cooking style.
Durability coreSplit Firebox
A firebox built in segments, so heat cycles can't crack it. Each piece takes the thermal stress on its own — and swaps out individually if it ever needs to.
Clean-upAsh Bucket
Ash drops straight into a removable bucket beneath the firebox. Slide it out, empty it, slide it back — no scooping, no mess.
Fuel controlCharcoal Basket
A lift-out basket that holds the coals, channels airflow, and lets you refuel mid-cook or divide the bed into separate heat zones.
