The Serious Bastard Cocktails

This tailor-made design cocktail was launched on B-day 2017.

Preparation time: 20 |

Temperature: 100 °C, indirect. Open the top ventilation and bottom ventilation slightly. Add charcoal and smoke chips so that The Bastard additional will smoke.

What do you need?

50 ml bourbon or whisky of your choice 20 ml fresh lemon juice 15 ml sugar water (1 part sugar to 2 parts water) 1 egg white 1 scoop crushed ice ginger beer of your choice 2 sprigs fresh thyme 1 slice of lime fresh mint leaves, for garnishing Also needed smoke chips cocktail shaker

Preparation method

In a cocktail shaker, shake the bourbon or ZX whisky, lemon juice, sugar water, egg white and crushed ice. Pour into a glass and top it off with some ginger beer. Stick some sprigs of thyme directly into the smoke The Bastard. Finish the cocktail with a slice of lime, mint and the smoked thyme.
