For the grilled sausage:
6 different raw sausages (Experiment)

For the pork belly:

  • 500 grams of pork belly
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika Salt and pepper to taste

For the grilled chicken:

  • 2 chickens
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper to taste

Cabbage:

  • 1 small white cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 150 ml mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the macaroni and cheese:

  • 250 grams of macaroni
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 g grated cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the pickles:

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100 ml white vinegar
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation method

Belly bacon:

  • Mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Marinate the pork belly for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) in the refrigerator.
  • Grill the pork belly at 180 degrees direct , turn frequently and brush with the marinade, about 20-25 minutes or until done and crispy. ( Half direct / Half indirect )

Chicken:

  • Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Marinate the chickens for at least 1 hour.
  • Grill the chickens directly at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes per side or until done.

Sausage:

  • Grill the sausages at 180/200 degrees, turning frequently until cooked and golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.

Coleslaw:

  • Mix the cabbage, carrot and onion in a large bowl.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Mix the dressing into the cabbage mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Macaroni and cheese:

  • Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package, drain and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Slowly add the milk, stirring constantly, until the sauce becomes thick. Add the cheese and stir until melted.
  • Mix the macaroni into the cheese sauce, season with salt and pepper. Pickles:


Mix vinegar, water, sugar and salt in a bowl until the sugar and salt are dissolved. Add the cucumber and red onion and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
