Kamados and furniture: always delivered by appointment

Kamados and furniture are heavy and are delivered by a specialised carrier. After your order, the carrier contacts you to agree on a delivery date. Please enter a phone number you can be reached on; without it we cannot schedule the delivery. Someone must be present at the agreed time to receive and check the order.

Delivery time

We aim to have your order ready for shipment within 5 working days. Accessories are usually delivered 1 to 3 working days after shipment. For kamados, the delivery date is agreed with the carrier. Delivery times are indicative; if there is a delay we let you know.

Check your delivery

Inspect your order on delivery. Damage or a wrong item? Report it as soon as possible, preferably within 2 days, at contact-nl@thebastard.com with a photo and your order number, so we can resolve it with the carrier.
