STICKY CAULIFLOWER FIESTA

A whole cauliflower can be cooked beautifully.

What do you need?

  • 2 large cauliflowers, cleaned and without stems
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic,
  • squeezed juice and grated peel of 2 unsprayed lemons
  • 1 lemon in slices
  • ½ bunch of fresh leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 100 g roasted walnuts
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes

Preparation method

Cut off the sides of each cauliflower and cut the middle into three thick slices.
Mix the olive oil with the honey, garlic, lemon juice and rind.
Coat the cauliflower with the honey mixture and grill each side for about 8 minutes on the grill rack of the The Bastard.

Stay alert, as the honey may burn.
If necessary, spread the slices again with the remaining honey mixture and serve with parsley, walnuts, sea salt and chilli flakes.
