What do you need?
- 2 large cauliflowers, cleaned and without stems
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- squeezed juice and grated peel of 2 unsprayed lemons
- 1 lemon in slices
- ½ bunch of fresh leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 100 g roasted walnuts
- 2 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
