What do you need?

60 ml mayonnaise 60 ml sour cream ½ tsp smoked paprika or chilli powder + extra for garnish ½ crushed clove of garlic 40 g fresh coriander, finely chopped 4 ears of corn, uncooked and cleaned 110 g feta cheese, crumbled juice of 1 lemon parsley for garnish

Preparation method

Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, smoked paprika or chilli powder, garlic and coriander in a large bowl. When thoroughly hot, place the corn on the The Bastard is hot, place the corn on the grill directly over the coals. Keep turning the corn on the cob (it may turn a little black). This will take about 8 minutes. Spread the mayonnaise mixture all over the cob, sprinkle the feta on top and some smoked paprika or chilli powder for a nice colour. Sprinkle with some lemon juice and chopped parsley. Tip: Stick a skewer in the corn; it's easier to eat.
