1 bottle of beer
5 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp kesenjam
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
1 tsp ginger powder
pinch of sea salt pinch
freshly ground lemon pepper
